Join Bridger parent Kim Olsen, for an invigorating series of Pilates Mat Classes. All levels and abilities welcome. Kim will introduce you to the fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates mat with emphasis on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness. Each class will focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and most of all FUN!

WHEN: This 4 class series will take place on Tuesdays from 6-7p.m. on 5/7, 5/21, 5/28 and 6/4 in the Bridger gym. Please bring a mat and water bottle.

COST: $40 for the 4 class series 13 spots available

ABOUT KIM: Kim is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience. She has received STOTT specialist certifications in Athletic Conditioning, Group Matwork, and Pre and Post-Natal. She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council of Exercise and a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association.
